The New Juaben South Municipal Assembly has successfully held its Town Hall Meeting at Appenteng Hall, Koforidua, under the theme “Building New Juaben South Together Through Accountability.”
The engagement brought together residents, Assembly officials, and stakeholders in an open and transparent platform designed to strengthen communication, promote accountability, and encourage active citizen participation in local governance.
Residents turned out in large numbers to interact directly with the leadership of the Assembly, sharing their views, concerns, and suggestions on issues affecting the municipality. The meeting provided an opportunity for meaningful dialogue between the people and their representatives, reinforcing the Assembly’s commitment to inclusive development.
The Assembly expressed its appreciation to the Eastern Regional Minister, Hon. Rita Akosua Adjei Awatey, and the Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Ransford Owusu Boakye, for their presence, leadership, and support towards the success of the programme.
Management also extended heartfelt gratitude to all residents and participants who attended and contributed their voices towards building a stronger and more accountable New Juaben South.
The Assembly reaffirmed its commitment to working together with residents to achieve sustainable development and improve the quality of life across the municipality.
